Chao-Min Huang and Sebastian Sensale join our research team

September 15, 2020

Dr. Chao-Min Huang and Dr. Sebastian Sensale join our lab as a Postdoctoral Fellows. Chao-Min obtained his PhD degree in mechanical engineering from Ohio State University working with Prof. Carlos Castro and Prof. Haijun Su. In his PhD, he developed a new CAD software for designing complex and multicomponent DNA nanostructures. Sebastian obtained his PhD degree in bioengineering from the University of Notre Dame working with one of my former advisors, Prof. Chia Chang. In his PhD, he developed theoretical and computational models for understanding how different impedance-based biosensors work, especially those related to early diagnosis of DNA-related diseases. Chao-Min and Sebastian will both work on projects related to DNA nanotechnology. Welcome to Duke!
