Josh's collaborative paper with the Silva group at Duke just appeared in Cell Reports. In this work, Josh used docking calculations to predict for the first time two possible binding poses of the enzyme Rad6 responsible for K63-ubiquitination of ribosome, a key player in the oxidative stress response of cells.
